WHEN DOES THE PRESALE OPEN?
The pre-sale is running from 19th September 2025.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ALBUM FORMAT, WILL I GET ADDITIONAL ACCESS?
No, you will only get one access entry.
I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE PRE-SALE ACCESS?
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Robbie Williams store.
