HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE ROBBIE WILLIAMS PRE-SALE?
You need to be a mailing list subscriber or have purchased a product from the official Robbie Williams store in 2022. You can sign-up here: https://robbiewilliams.com/pages/tour-pre-sale-registration
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form before the deadlines outlined above, you will receive an email by 12pm local time on 27th Sept 2022 containing your presale code, a link to the presale and further details. The email will be sent from noreply@robbiewilliams.com, please check your spam and junk folders carefully in case your email goes there by mistake.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PRESALE ACCESS EMAIL?
If you have not received your code by 9am local time on 27th Sept 2022 and you are unable to locate the email in your inbox, junk and spam folders then you can email help@robbiewilliams.com for assistance. We will respond to messages in the order they are sent to us and will get back to you as soon as possible but if we're busy it may take a while to get back to you. Thank you for being patient and please don't send multiple messages as that will slow down the process.

WHEN DOES THE PRESALE START?
The presale window will be open for 48 hours from 12pm local time on 27th Sept 2022. Pre-sale access does not guarantee you tickets, instead it allows you to access the ticket presale before the tickets go on general sale on 12pm local time on 29th Sept 2022 . Presale tickets are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis.
HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
The link in your email will take you to the dedicated presale page on www.robbiewilliams.com/pages/live. Follow the presale instructions on the page to purchase tickets but please note that tickets will not be available until the presale starts at 12pm local time on 27th Sept 2022.
MY PRESALE CODE DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your code does not work – please contact help@robbiewilliams.com for assistance. Please include your email address, full name and the pre-sale code you were allocated. We will respond to messages in the order they are sent to us and will get back to you as soon as possible but if we're busy it may take a while to get back to you. I'VE ENTERED MY PRESALE CODE ON THE TICKETMASTER PAGE – BUT I’M HAVING ISSUES COMPLETING MY ORDER AT CHECKOUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have any issues with purchasing the ticket you will need to contact the ticketing company directly as we have no access to their systems to be able to check anything for you.
WILL THERE BE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AT THIS SHOW?

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO WHEELCHAIR/ACCESSIBLE TICKETS AS PART OF THIS PRESALE? AND IF SO HOW DO I BOOK THEM?

SHOULD YOU BE UNSUCCESSFUL IN SECURING TICKETS DURING THE PRESALE, FURTHER TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE GENERAL SALE WHICH OPENS AT 12PM ON FRIDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER.
