Robbie To Feature On Dizzee Rascal's New Single!

We are 'crazy' with excitement to announce that Robbie will feature on Dizzee Rascal's new single!

Goin' Crazy will be released on 17th June and you'll be able to hear the track when it gets its first radio plays next Friday, 10th May.

Robbie and Dizzee took to the streets of East London this week to shoot the video for the single, which also premieres next Friday and sees the pair play the leaders of two street gangs of senior citizens battling it out on mobility scooters in a Quadrophenia-style race.

"I was expecting Dizzee to come round to my place in LA for an hour," said Robbie about the collaboration. "He got round at 6PM, we chatted for hours and he left at 6AM. Then he said he wanted the song to sound like Queen. It was a great night."

"I have never been so urban. When I heard Dizzee wanted me, I was like, 'F*** yes!'

"He only deals in bangers and life is getting shorter for me.

"The song instantly sounded like a smash. I love his vibe, his energy and he is a real talent. He seems to be the voice of his generation, so it was a no-brainer."

Dizzee himself said: "As soon as I heard Quadrophenia, I was signed up for the video idea. The mods and rockers idea is right up my street.

"Having Robbie involved has been good. When his name came up, I was excited about it. We went to his house to record it. It's not often on these things you sit in the same studio any more."

You can listen to the new single across selected national and regional breakfast shows from 08:15 BST next Friday, followed by the video at 09:00 BST!
