Robbie will play the rescheduled homecoming show at Port Vale FC's stadium - Vale Park - on June 4th 2022.
The final 10,000 tickets go on sale on Friday May 6th.
The very special show is in aid of the Donna Louise Hospice for children and young people, UNICEF UK and The Hubb Foundation - with all profits going to the three charities.
